This is the purple one of my colour project. I'm actually really disappointed in this. Not because i think it's awful. But the colour came through terribly on the scanner - im actually genuinely upset. haha.
Anyway - this is purple i love her and really think she is the prettiest of my colour images so far ^^ Enjoy! Previous Colours: Blue: [link] Orange: [link] Red: [link] |

I only ever scan black and white artwork, so I've never experienced the anguish of scanner colour distortion.
I love it so much.

But I still think that this one is pretty. really like the background (must have taken a lot of patience to get it right) and her face. Like, her expression. it's pretty ... well, not blank. But mysterious. Like, she's happy but... I don't know. Her stare is a bit creepy. Or ghostly. Anyway, it's good.
Can't really think of anything to critic. Like.. maybe you could try to use more shading, but ti's pretty cool too to leave her face unshaded. Makes her look very pale, but I just like that. Also, she shands out very much from the background (since the pattern is much darker than the lines you used to draw her). But on the other hand. if you had drawn her she might have drowned int he background (get what I mean) and that wouldn't be good either (the neverending problem whne you paint anything wiht just one color.. though, the shade you used for the background seems to be a bit different from the one you used for the girl so it just might have worked anyway... oh, whatever. It's still a lovely picture. Keep up the good work.

Them, who dont focus on the work in front of them, have no right to talk about their dreams!
I feel so appreciated ^^
The background was quite quick for me to do suprisingly but i thinks it's because i enjoyed doing it!
Thank you again!
